Your Prospect/Customer is a SMB but operates in different fiscal companies? Are you looking for an ERP to support it?
If you respond Yes to both questions, please read this blog post.
Dynamics 365 Business Central is an ERP delivered by Microsoft, available to be installed on your local data center or Microsoft Azure or using it as SaaS.

Due to the recent technology landscape and global environment, more and more companies are adopting ERP using SaaS model.
To start using D365BC SaaS, the installation is very short and easy to complete. You must create an Office 365 tenant as a first step. Using Admin role after Office 365 Login, just access to 9 dots and Dynamics 365 button.
Next, just access to https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/[tenant-id]/admin.

This page shows the magic!
First: With one Office 365 subscription/tenant, it is possible to have 3 Production Environments and 3 Sandbox Environments.
Second: To create a new Environment, just Click New, select Type, Country/Region, Version and wait some few minutes
Third: Each different Environments can handle a different localisation.
D365BC is available in many different regions and countries. The updated list is here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/compliance/apptest-countries-and-translations?toc=/dynamics365/business-central/toc.json.
As important note regarding whether the localization is provided by Microsoft or partner(s). If the localisation is provided by Microsoft and you create a new Environment selecting that country, it is ready to go. A new D365 BC instance with that localisation and language pack without extra cost!
If the localisation is provided by a Partner, you need to access to AppSource, contact the Partner and install the localisation as an extension.
Congrats to Microsoft! I am stoked to see how fast and easy is to handle with No Code, different D365 BC localisations and languages.
